FAQ
Q: How do I know which class to register for?

A: Please see the "achievement awards" tab. If your child can do the skills listed in a certain level, then they can move to the next level. For example, if you child can do all the skills listed under Level 2, then your child can be in Level 3. If your child is working on those skills but has not yet mastered them, then they can enroll in that level.
If your child is not enrolled in the correct class we will make changes after the first lesson. If you are not sure which level to enroll your child, choose the easier level. You may contact us at (650)-349-7946 and we can assist you with the class selection and discuss any special concerns.

Q: How will I know what date to start the class?

A: Register for the class the week you would like to start.

Q: When will I be billed?

A: The day you sign up you will be charged a $30 annual registration fee & pro-rated tuition according to how many lessons you will have in the month. Monthly tuition is automatically deducted from your credit card on the 1st of each month. Our $30 Annual Registration fee is deducted the day you sign up as well as on October 1st. This amount cannot be prorated, regardless of registration month.

Q: Can I choose a specific instructor?

A: We can not guarantee a instructor. All of our quality
instructors teach swimming skills in a fun, safe environment.

Q: Do you offer make up classes?

A: We do not offer make ups for group lessons Level 1A - Level 4. Baby and Me classes may call to schedule a make up lesson providing there is space available in another Baby and Me class. Private lessons are able to schedule a make up once a month on Saturday if the regular class is on a weekday and Wednesday if the the regular class is on Saturday. All make ups for Baby and Me classes and private lessons must be scheduled within 4 weeks of the missed class.

Q: What if we decide to withdraw from swim lessons?

A: We need to be informed (by email with a email confirmation from KSA or by written notice at the swim school) of your decision to withdraw from lessons on or before your last class of the month.

Q: What if I forget to withdraw and my card is charged the following month?

A: Unfortunately we do not offer refunds after the month is charged, so please be sure to withdraw on time.
Q: Can I take a trial class?

A: We do not offer any trial classes. We have full confidence in all our instructors to do well with children of all ages and personalities. It is also very hard to get a feel for a class after only one time. If you do find that the teacher is not a suitable match for your child, we have plenty of teachers that will be, it is not a problem to switch later on.
